Free Housing;-)

Do you know someone that lives in a foreign country? One of the biggest ways we can save money while traveling it to stay with friends and family. We love meeting new people and always enjoy talking to people who live in other countries. We have met and stayed with some through couch surfing and really enjoyed it, but it’s always nice to know that you both have a friend in common. If you know someone who would be willing to host us for a night or two and you wouldn’t mind sharing their name, country and city here, we’ll get back with you if we will be heading there way. Volunteer/Missions

These are some of the costs of volunteering in different parts of the world that we have found. At first we found the idea of paying to volunteer very strange, but after researching a little, we have realized that most reputable organizations do charge enough to cover the volunteers food, shelter and supplies so that all donated money to the Non Governmental Organizations (NGO) goes to the people that NGO serves and not into the budget for volunteers.
