We actually stayed in a room similar to what you are describing while we were hosties. The room in the picture above is one of the nicer rooms on the ship, but not the one we stayed in as hosties. That was a 4 bed dorm style room in the hull of the ship with one small window. Not the nicest, but worth it to us for the free dives;-)

Two sets of bunk beds in a tiny room with barely enough space to stand!
